MGNT 200 Organizational BehaviourOrganizational behaviour is a rapidly changing field of inquiry that studies what people think, do and feel in and around organizations. Organizations are groups of people who work interdependently towards some purpose. The concepts to be studied in this course will assist in predicting events in the workplace, develop critical insight around these predictive theories of reality to better understand how organizations can be enabled to control events effectively.
